Abstract
In the article by Maria Chernyak, entitled “The Recognizing Effect in the Prose for Transition Age”, investigates the problems of a study of children’s reading and determining the place of books in contemporary society, analyses the midst of difficult bound, directly and indirectly, interdependent social stereotypes and myths. In the world of spectators, book status has changed to the extent that this has a significant impact on the status of the children’s literature. Today there is a formation of a new «model of a child’s reading». The article is devoted to the identification of strategies for the development of modern fiction for Teens.
