Introduction

Abstract

Issue 13 of the Children's Readings magazine is dedicated to the memory of the outstanding Russian researcher of the history of children's literature Yevgenia Oskarovna Putilova (1923–2018). The preparation of the issue began at the time of the celebration of Yevgenia Oskarovna's 95th birthday and ended during the days of mourning. Thus, part of the materials for this issue was prepared with the participation of Evgenia Oskarovna herself, and part is a tribute to her memory.
