Bologna Fair of Children's Literature: an overview of 2012-2013

Abstract

An overview of the annual Bologna Children's Literature Fair (Bologna children’s bookfair), the largest international book event of interest to anyone involved with children's literature. Since 1964, it provides an opportunity for the meeting of professionals: authors, book publishers, booksellers, translators, illustrators, literary agents, teachers. In 2013, the 50th anniversary fair was held, which became a record in terms of attendance.
