Abstract
The introductory article to the block of biographical articles (Evgeny Kuleshov about S. Marshak, Maria Litovskaya about A. Gaidar and Svetlana Maslinskaya about K. Chukovsky) presented chapters from the textbook “Russian Literature of the XX Century: 1932-1953. ": In 2 books. / ed. N. L. Leiderman, M. N. Lipovetsky and M. A. Litovsky. The essays demonstrate modern approaches to the compilation of a brief biography of writers.
