Abstract

The article is devoted to the phenomenon of teenage literature and the influence of the classic American teenage novel on contemporary literature for teenagers in Russia. The authors focus on the development of social themes in the Russian literature of the post-Soviet period, which in many ways continues the Soviet tradition, is influenced by the American model of the teenage novel.
