Features of The Publication of A Children's Book from the Russian Diaspora in The 1920s – 1940s

Abstract

The article examines some of the features of the publication of children's fiction books in the conditions of Russian emigration in the 1920s – 1940s. The state of the book business in the Russian diaspora is analyzed against the general cultural background. The main centers for the publication of children's books, the circle of authors who wrote for children and the genre-thematic repertoire of publishing houses have been identified.
